A venue with real character
The Shed is not your standard bar, restaurant or events space. Housed in a converted railway engine shed, it offers a setting that feels distinctive from the moment you arrive. Period features, historic photographs and carefully chosen details help give the venue its unmistakable atmosphere, creating a space that feels warm, memorable and a little different from the ordinary.
Among its most striking features is the reclaimed original Peterborough East railway sign, proudly displayed above the bar – a detail that ties the venue closely to the city’s railway heritage and gives The Shed a real sense of place.
